Cancellation and Refund

At EliteMunch, we strive to ensure transparency and satisfaction with every purchase you make on our website. Please note our return policy outlined below:

We offer exchanges or refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival.
  • You received a faulty piece.
  • There was an error in your order.
  • You received the wrong product.

For a smooth return process, kindly fill out the returns form meticulously, ensuring all details are accurate. Failure to do so may result in delays or the inability to process your return/exchange.

To request a refund for defective goods, please contact us with your purchase details, including your order number (sent to you via email after ordering), and optionally, let us know the reason for the refund request. We take customer feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our products and service quality.

Refunds are provided for services delivered in full, such as installation services and knowledge base hosting services. Refunds will be processed within 15 days. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned products, which will be credited to your store credit account on the site. This credit can be used to pay for your subsequent purchases.

Please note that we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Damage due to mishandling of the product.
  • Products with tampered or missing labels.
  • Any product returned without its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging (if applicable), original invoice, and all other items originally included with the delivered product(s).
